About This Policy

How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you.  For example, if you register on our website we will collect contact information. If you apply for a job online, we collect information about your job history.  If you register for an event, we collect contact and demographic information.
We collect information from you passively. For example, we use common tracking tools like cookies, flash cookies and web beacons to track user behavior.  We collect this information using the tracking technologies described here.

We combine information we may get from other sources. For example, we might collect information about you from third parties and combine that information with the information we already have about you.  We may also combine information about you that we obtain online with information we obtained offline.

How We Use Information
We use information for our business purposes.  These include:

  1. To process your requests and for related purposes.  For example, to give you information about a show you registered to attend.  Or, to send you information about a related show we think you might like.  We might also use your information to send you the newsletter you requested.

To promote MMPI and our related companies and products.  For example, we might send you updates about our upcoming events.  We might also send you information about other of our products and services.  We may also send you other information which we think you might find interesting.  We will contact you using the contact information we have about you. 
  3. To tell you about third party products or services we think you will like.
  4. To operate our site and serve our advertisements.  For example we use information we collect to analyze trends and improve site layout.  We also monitor traffic patterns at our sites.  We sometimes work with third parties to help us with our monitoring activities. Your Choices
To update your information you can email us at webmaster@mmart.com

To opt out of receiving marketing messages, you can follow the instructions contained within one of the messages or email webmaster@mmart.com.  In your message, tell us that you want to “opt out of marketing messages.”

You can choose not to provide personal information.  You can also choose to turn off tracking tools.  To learn how to turn off tracking, click here.  However if you don’t provide us with information you will not be able to participate in certain features.  Also, if you turn off tracking, some features may not work.

Our Ads
Third parties advertise on our site.  we also contract with third parties to serve ads across the Internet.  The ads we serve may be based on tracking activities, as described in more detail here.

Security
We use industry standard security measures to protect our websites.  However, we cannot guarantee that the Internet or your use of our websites will be completely secure.  We also cannot guarantee that our sites will function error free. As such, we recommend that you use caution whenever submitting personal information online.

About Children

Our sites are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States.  The U.S. may not provide the same level of protections as the laws of your country. By using the sites and giving us your information, you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S.
